Property and Cancellation Policies

Reservations must be canceled within 24-hours prior to check-in time to avoid a penalty of one night's room and fees.


Smoking:
To ensure the comfort and well-being of all our guests, our hotel maintains a strict 
No Smoking Policy in all guest rooms, common areas, and within the entire premises. This includes the use of cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking devices. If evidence of smoking is found in a room, a cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to the registered guest's account to cover the cost of deep cleaning, deodorizing, and any necessary repairs. We kindly ask all guests to respect this policy to maintain a pleasant and healthy environment for everyone. Room Cleaning Fee Policy Our hotel is committed to providing a clean and comfortable stay for all guests. To maintain high standards of cleanliness, a Room Cleaning Fee may be applied under the following circumstances:

  1. Excessive Cleaning: If a room is left in a condition that requires more than standard cleaning, such as excessive trash, spills, or damage, an additional cleaning fee of $150 will be charged.
  2. Damage to Property: Any damage to hotel property, including but not limited to linens, furniture, fixtures, and appliances, will result in charges to the guest's account for repair or replacement costs.
  3. Unauthorized Pets: If a pet is brought into a room without prior authorization, a deep cleaning fee of $250 will be applied.
  4. Marijuana Smoke and Residue: Guests who choose to smoke marijuana outside/off the property, leaving residual residue/odor that requires room cleaning or recovery, will be charged a $250.00 fee.

By staying with us, guests agree to abide by these policies. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean, safe, and smoke-free environment for all guests. 


Damages:
You will be charged accordingly for any damaged or missing items from your room, including towels, pillows, blankets, etc. 


Modifications:
Please note that a change in the length, dates, or number of rooms in your reservation may result in a rate change or additional fees.


Guarantee:
All reservations require a credit card at the time of booking.

Check-In:
Chick-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-ins are not guaranteed but we will do what we can to accommodate your request.

Check-Out:
Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out time of 12:00 is available for a $25.00 fee.

Parking:
There is free parking available to hotel guests. This is a safe place; however, we are not responsible for damage to your vehicle or loss of goods from your vehicle. You are encouraged to lock your vehicle at all times. 


Pet Friendly:
We have a limited number of pet friendly rooms available for a $35.00 a night. Please contact the front desk for more information. A minimum cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged for violation of the notification and fee policy, and you will be asked to remove your pet.
