The Northeastland Hotel is a great location for golfers wanting to experience playing on the Presque Isle Country Club's 18-hole golf course. For the past half century, this has been a favorite destination among golfers because it hosts many of the area's tournaments. Open May 1 through October 31 (weather permitting), this championship course features everything from a putting green to a driving range, and the club house facilities include fine amenities like a restaurant and Pro Shop.

Big Rock Mountain

Both seasoned pros and complete newbies can ski to their heart's content at this favorite ski location. In addition to regular events, you can take ski lessons and even go tubing, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing.

Located at 24 Chapman Road, this brand new 30,000 ft2 facility has a great deal to offer. Highlighted by the beautiful William “Bill” Haskell Memorial Gymnasium, the facility also offers a walking track, Senior Room with kitchen, Family Room and a Multi-Purpose Room. The SFCC is the Recreation & Parks Department’s home base where a variety of programs and activities are available for all ages throughout the year.
