In most cases, yes — The Red Room is typically reserved exclusively for your event.
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date. Weddings commonly book six months to a year in advance, and popular dates fill quickly. We can accommodate bookings as close as 7–10 days out, giving us time to prepare everything needed for your event.
Absolutely. We’re happy to coordinate a tasting with our Banquet Chef so you can sample menu options before committing to your selections. Site visits to walk the space are also available and encouraged — reach out to schedule a time that works for you.
A non-refundable $250 deposit is required to reserve The Red Room. We accept cash, check, or credit card. To secure your date, we recommend submitting your deposit as soon as possible — the room is not held until it’s received.
The remaining balance is due in full prior to your event, ideally within one to two weeks of your event date.
Corporate clients with an established account history may be eligible for end-of-event billing. Please inquire for details.

In general, rescheduling is available based on calendar availability, and the $250 deposit is non-refundable. In the event of a last-minute cancellation, guests are responsible for the cost of food that has already been purchased and prepared.
All catering is handled exclusively by our in-house kitchen. Outside catering is not permitted, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience for you and your guests on your big day.
The one exception: you’re welcome to bring your own wedding cake or personal desserts such as cupcakes or a candy display.

Our most popular arrangement is to host the ceremony in The Red Room, and the Reception downstairs in The Grand Ballroom, giving each moment its own distinct space and atmosphere.
We offer a natural getting-ready experience right on site. Wedding parties typically reserve two guest rooms for the night before, one for each side of the party, and use them to get ready the morning of the big day before heading down to celebrate.
The King Suite and Deluxe King rooms are popular choices, though any available room can be reserved to suit your party’s needs.
A dedicated hotel coordinator will be on-site to oversee your event and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Setup timing is flexible and determined based on the hotel’s event schedule. In many cases, vendors can access the space the day prior or the morning of the event. The only way to guarantee day-before access is to reserve The Red Room for that date as well — something worth considering for larger setups.
To ensure a pleasant experience for all of our guests, we ask that events in The Red Room wrap up by 11:00 PM.
We do not require you to use specific vendors. For weddings and larger events, we’re happy to offer recommendations if needed.
There are no hidden fees for setup or breakdown. Optional add-ons are available to customize your event, including:
Guests are welcome to bring in decorations of their choosing. The only requirement is that nothing damages the walls or ceilings.
Candles are welcome in enclosed forms such as tea lights, votives, and hurricanes. Sparklers are not permitted. Confetti is allowed but may result in an additional cleaning fee.
