The Innovation Center is a fully equipped professional co-working space located at The Northeastland Hotel in Presque Isle, Maine. It offers flexible workspace options for freelancers, remote workers, and businesses of all sizes.
Members with a Basic, Flex, Dedicated Workspace, or Private Office membership have 24/7 access, 365 days a year. Day Pass holders can access the space from 6am to 6pm. Corporate Basic members have access Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, and Saturday 8am to 2pm.
Entry is via Key/Swipe or Near Field Communication (NFC) for all membership holders. Day Pass visitors check in at the front desk.
Every tier includes access to the shared co-working areas, free upgraded Wi-Fi, on-site Notary Services by appointment, and use of Privacy Booths for calls and quiet space.
All members have access to the on-site printer. Day Pass holders pay standard copy rates with complimentary scanning. Basic and Corporate Basic members receive up to 100 free black and white copies per month. Flex, Corporate Flex, Dedicated Workspace, and Private Office members receive up to 250 free black and white copies per month, with reduced and bulk rates also available.
Yes. Basic, Flex, and Corporate tier members receive 4 hours per month of designated meeting or conference space with pre-registration required. Dedicated Workspace and Private Office members receive 8 hours per month. Additional time may be available — contact us for details.
Yes, mailing services are available to all membership holders.
Flex, Corporate Flex, and Private Office members may bring a guest with them when present. Dedicated Workspace and Private Office members have unlimited guest entry with one guest at a time permitted.
The Day Pass is $22.50 and gives you full access to the co-working space for one day from 6am to 6pm. Payment is made via Credit Card Authorization Form at the front desk. No membership or commitment required. Hotel Guests may access the co-working space at no additional fee.
Both include 24/7 access, Wi-Fi, Notary Services, Privacy Booths, and meeting space. The Flex membership steps up to 250 free copies per month versus 100, adds guest entry privileges, and includes reduced and bulk copy rates.
Yes. Corporate Basic and Corporate Flex memberships are available for businesses with 2 or more employees. These memberships are transferable across multiple team members within one organization, with one person using the space at a time. Corporate Basic covers up to 3 people and Corporate Flex covers up to 4.
Yes. Private offices include a confidential workspace, a dedicated desk with hardwired docking station, and all the amenities of the higher tier memberships. Private offices are currently fully occupied. You can join the waitlist and we will contact you when one becomes available.
Absolutely. Compared to paying month to month, an annual commitment saves you $188 on Basic, $188 on Flex, $298 on Dedicated Workspace, $288 on Corporate Basic, $328 on Corporate Flex, and $538 on a Private Office.
Memberships are non-transferable with the exception of Corporate Basic and Corporate Flex tiers, which are designed specifically for teams and can be shared within one organization.
