Testimonials
Rodney’s consistently makes excellent food, it’s one of our absolute favorite places to eat! The food is fresh, flavorful, and unique to our area. We are grateful for this establishment!
We started with the bacon wrapped scallops and they were so tasty and perfectly cooked. Hubby had the lobster bisque that’s was also quite tasty. I ordered the lobster roll and fries and hubby got the caprese chicken, which caused some extra waiting time. Frankly, the lobster roll was underwhelming. It was a great amount of lobster but absolutely no seasoning. The caprese chicken was great and very tasty. the asparagus was cooked to perfection. Service was great, the waitress was attentive and cheery. The ambiance is a little strange to me but probably great for car lovers.
The food here is excellent as is the ambiance – if you like classic sports cars the vibe is perfect. Our waitress was very nice and prompt, even though the restaurant was very busy. If you’re looking for a very nice dinner spot in what otherwise is a pretty rural scene, this is an excellent spot.
It would have been 5 stars, but serioulsy, bad choice to have religious christian music playing in the background the entire night. Total vibe killer. Whoever decided this was a good idea should be talked to.
