Please read these policies, as they apply to you during your stay with The Northeastland Hotel.
Guest Responsibilities
- Compliance with all hotel policies. Disruptive, disrespectful, or destructive behavior is strictly prohibited.
- Payment of all room charges, taxes, and additional fees. Any outstanding balances for the stay, including additional fees, will be charged at departure.
- Responsible for damage to hotel property and missing items (towels, pillows, blankets, other furnishings)
- Non-compliance will lead to management action, including penalties and possible removal from premises
Smoking Policy
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in all rooms, common areas, and within 20 feet of the property (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vaping devices & any other smoking devices).
We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and healthy environment for all guests.
Pet Policy
Only dogs are permitted at our hotel. We have a limited number of designated dog-friendly rooms available by advance reservation only. Guests with dogs must call us or come in person to ensure dog friendly room availability. All dogs must be registered at check-in.
Contact the front desk for availability and specific room assignments. Guests will be asked to remove unauthorized pets from the property. If you bring a pet of any kind into a non-dog-friendly room, you will be subject to a deep cleaning fee – minimum of $250.

Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs
We do offer early check-ins and late check-outs. Early Check-ins are subject to availability, we can not guarantee an early check-in will be available.
Late Check-outs are handled on a case-by-case basis, and are not always available. For details:
- 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM –
- Please notify the front desk by dialing “Zero”0” that you need a “check-out extension to 11:00 AM.”
- This is complimentary, but we still ask that you notify us in advance.
- 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM –
- Please notify the front desk by dialing “0” and express you need a Late Checkout. If you know the exact time you’ll need, please inform the receptionist on duty.
- $25 Fee, charged upon request to card on file
- Please notify the front desk by dialing “0” and express you need a Late Checkout. If you know the exact time you’ll need, please inform the receptionist on duty.
- > 1:00 PM –
- Please note that if you request a late checkout beyond 1:00 PM, you will be subject to a full room rate fee, as though you stayed another night.
Property and Cancellation Policies
Reservations must be canceled more than 24-hours prior to check-in time to avoid a penalty fee. See Fee Schedule for details.
Parking & Reservations
Complimentary parking in a dedicated hotel lot off Second Street. Our Hotel is not responsible for any vehicle damage or theft during your stay. We strongly encourage guests to lock their vehicles at all times.
A valid credit card is required at booking to hold your room.
Reservation changes made before, or during your stay may result in rate changes or additional fees.
Damages:
You will be charged accordingly for any damaged or missing items from your room, including towels, pillows, blankets, etc.
Fee Schedule
- $25 – Late check-out
- From 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM (Later than 1 PM subject to be charged additional full night)
- $35 – Lost or Stolen Keys
- $45 – Pet fee per dog per night
- First Night Rate – Last minute cancellation fee (Reservations canceled within 24 hours of check-in
forfeit first night rate) - $150-$250 – Excessive cleaning (excessive trash, spills, or mess)
- $250 Minimum – Smoking violations | Unauthorized pets | Property damage (charges based on repair/replacement costs for linens, furniture, fixtures, appliances)
- $500 – Marijuana residue/odor
